If you saw my post yesterday, you know im inventing some air ducts in place of the fogs. I fit them up today, and they fit almost Perfectly!! I made a minor cut to the pvc piece inside the fog housing so it wont sit inside the fog light cutout in the fascia, and other than that, the only adjustment i need is on the outlet of the alum reducer. It needs to be cut at an angle as to not hit the ic (you were right aikmeng!) Otherwise its ready for the second stage of invention. filling around the pvc fitting, and building up some area around it to "funnel" air to right places :) So here is the question, kinda, ... i guess its more of an "ok to use or not" question. I filled the area with expandable foam (the kind used to fill between windows and frames). Hopefully, tomorrow it will be hard enough (24 hour cure time) to shape a nice, smooth transition in to the pvc fitting from surrounding areas. Than i plan to cover that surface with a resin, or an epoxy, to ensure its strength. Does this sound ok ? I sure as hell hope so :) It may be a little ghetto right now, but after all the tweaking, i think it should be pretty nice.

For instance, if Pac-man affected kids born in the eighties, we should by now have a bunch of teenagers who run around in darkened rooms and eat pills while listening to monotonous electronic music. |
